They were losing a lot of potential leads and customers because they haven’t defined ideal customer and numbers were showing that.
To be honest we have so much to share with people since we are certified kitchen designers and we have a lot of successful projects under our belt. But it was strange that people were still contacting us for basic stuff, general information, questions about kitchen top cabinets etc. and rarely someone was asking for a price quote.
First, we started with clarifying the message that will be appealing to their potential customers. We did a survey and did research to find the main needs and problems so that we know exactly how to create the whole structure.
Less is More
30 pages scattered on a website was a big no-no. We have created a simple website flow that will be ideal for their customers.
One part of the flow is not visible to the regular visitor since the main focus is to drive traffic from Pinterest, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads that will lead to Value Video which will create a segment for Hot/Cold Leads.

Knowing who to target = Less money needed on marketing
As we mentioned before, there were trying to please everyone who comes on a website. We have created a laser focus on one target audience that is willing to invest in the new kitchen and the rest of the visitors are segmented into a different group.
I don’t like to be in front of the camera, but it was important to have a personalized touch with the audience. So the suggestion was to appeal to a certain group of people who had a specific needs and specific vocabulary. I have recorded that type of video and it worked perfectly.
Good Problems to Have
Now they have a solid structure and entire website funnel that works for them 24/7. The most of the traffic comes from PPC (Advertising), but if someone comes to a website from organic search or referral, that audience is segmented into Cold or Hot lead because Greg and his team can now choose who will be their client.
Results
They had an increase of 217% of having more leads in 4 weeks after Clarity Blueprint and Funnel Creation. They have cut down their marketing cost by 40%.
