The design is not the only thing that matters when it comes to website development and design, but nobody likes an outdated website. So, the primary focus was to do Clarity Blueprint and do a complete Website Redesign.
When I compare old version of a website and the new one, I can now obvously see drastic change and improvement. I am now glad that we redesigned a website.
Change is a Good Thing
The big difference we focused on is the User Experience. A lot of website visitors when they first come to a dental website they are looking for a Location and Credibility. They want to see if a dental practice is near them and if they can trust them.
When Marko said that his team must do audience research and then structure everything based on that, I was more at ease. We constantly had an issue people calling our offices for most basic info that was already on a website. It was like people didn’t see it there.
Listen, Do, Tweak, Succeed
Based on Clarity Blueprint we have found out exactly what it needs to be changed and improved on the website so when visitors come they get almost all their questions answered. One thing, for example, that is highly ignored by most of the design agencies, was that the navigation menu.
Changing and improving navigation menu brought a big increase in user interaction and that lead for people to stay longer on a website. Which ultimately helped to drive patient bookings to a higher number.
Specific Pages for Specific Needs
Separation of services to an individual landing page has also increased the likelihood of higher engagement and all of that data gave us insight on how to tweak the entire website and user flow.
Things started to look better because of Marko’s help. We were receiving less calls about general info and more calls for a specific service and booking appoitments.
Results
Bookings have been increased by 84% and we have managed bring bounce rate (people leaving the website) from 72% to 60%.
Other Extra Features
To add credibility and trust, we have also added live chat support. Just to add one more layer of “we are here for you if you need us” when they are on a website.
Online Support
Adding customer support decreased the number of calls for general questions and improved the number of people booking services.
Easy Navigation
One of the top priorities for visitors when they are on a website is to easily and quickly find what they want. People generally don’t like to scroll and search through a website lot, they want answers to their problems as soon as possible.
Let me tell you something about this wonderful man. He goes above and beyond to do what’s necessary to create the best project possible. He always has a good can-do attitude no matter what and even will make a video explaining how to use certain functions. Highly recommended. Well worth the investment!
